Ai cittadini extracomunitari senza permesso di soggiorno, ovvero stranieri temporaneamente presenti (STP) è garantita l’assistenza sanitaria di base. Il tesserino ha validità semestrale ed è rinnovabile in caso di permanenza dello straniero. Il codice serve per usufruire delle prestazioni sanitarie alle quali si ha diritto.
In particolare sono assicurate:
- Emergenze/urgenze medico-chirurgiche;
- L’assistenza in gravidanza e durante la maternità;
- La tutela della salute del minore;
- Vaccinazioni, profilassi internazionali, diagnosi e cura delle malattie infettive

The card is valid for six months and can be renewed in case of permanence of the foreigner. The code is used to take advantage of the health services to which you are entitled.
